The End Of The Line Festival

I was fortunately given the chance to paint this massive wall during Woolongabba’s EOTLFest’ – I had an awesome time working on this one. It was literally thrown at me with the intentions that I’d have complete freedom to paint whatever I’d like. Sounds insignificant right?? Well not really, I spend a lot of time working on commissioned work (which i LOVE) but it’s pretty rare that you have the chance to throw ideas together without the input of a client. It’s refreshing to allow the work to paint itself without worrying what the client is asking for.

I cant say it went to plan, but i think that is where i learn the most. Let things fall in and out of place. I often forget that’s what art’s about!

This piece for me was about spring, love and lust. What’s it to you?
